By using WebF1 Games, you agree to these terms. WebF1 Games is a collection of free, browser-based games — including Darts, Membory (a memory game), BlockDrop, Orbit Defense, RoadRush, and FaceFlip — brought to you by WebF1, LLC.
Accounts
You may create an account to track scores, join leaderboards, and play multiplayer games. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use WebF1 Games to cheat, harass other players, disrupt lobbies, spam, abuse the chat or lobby system, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the servers.
User-generated content
Display names and lobby names are the only user-provided content visible to others. Do not use offensive, unlawful, or infringing names. We may change or remove names that violate these terms without notice.
Scores and leaderboards
Game results are computed in your browser and submitted to our servers for leaderboards and match recording. Attempting to submit fake or manipulated scores is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and removal of your scores.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Games, features, modes, and access may change, and access may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued without notice.
No warranty
WebF1 Games is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebF1, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, WebF1 Games.
Third-party services
WebF1 Games relies on hosting providers and an email delivery service (SendGrid) for account verification and password resets. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Ownership
The WebF1 Games brand, interface, game design, and software are provided by WebF1, LLC. Game names — including Darts, Membory, BlockDrop, Orbit Defense, RoadRush, and FaceFlip — and all related art and content are owned by WebF1, LLC.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WebF1 Games after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
